IPIGame Official Store (the “Store”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Borun Outbound Technology Company Limited, the IPI brand’s authorised Hong Kong branch and official store operator. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://shop.ipigame.net and your purchase of products from the Store.

By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Store with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Information supplied when creating an account or placing an order must be current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

2. Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and settings. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice. All IPI trademarks, product names, images and other brand materials are used by us under authorisation or licence from the relevant rights holder.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal and regulatory requirements. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are not included. You are responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or region. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that the billing information is accurate.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may arise from carriers, customs, public holidays, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, procedures and any exclusions for returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Store, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit false or misleading information, or use the Store to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct.

8. Intellectual property

The Store’s content, layout, graphics, product media, text and software are owned by or licensed to Borun Outbound Technology Company Limited, the IPI brand, Shopify, or their respective licensors. You may access the Store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

The Store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Borun Outbound Technology Company Limited, not Shopify. Third-party payment, delivery and other services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under mandatory consumer protection laws. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Store or products purchased through it.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to provide our services.

12. Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when your order is accepted applies to that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory protections available in your place of residence. Hong Kong courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
